Alicia J Diamonds came to us struggling with their current site, which was under-performing and not representing how they felt like as a brand.

First and foremost it was important for the site to feel like a high-end jewellery brand that offers consultancy and not an e-commerce store. However they also wanted to sell a few items of their best seller range, so striking the right balance was crucial; for the customer to feel empowered and comfortable with their decisions, and not immediately thrown into a sales funnel. Using specific SEO keywords and relevant social campaigns, we were able to target both types of customers, providing them with a relevant customer experience based on their intent.
