The Coconut Studio is run by Kaan Oglakci. For twenty years it's been the same job — shipping the work that goes live, and staying around to keep it alive. Brands, software, and the engineering teams behind them, for B2B businesses and the founders behind them.
Twenty years ago, the hard part was shipping a website at all. Today the hard part is shipping the right thing, fast, getting it live, and keeping it alive long enough to compound. The studio is built for that — Kaan personally on every engagement, with a trusted network of engineers, designers and producers brought in by project.

What we believe
1. Ship beats polish.
A live thing that works beats a Figma file that doesn't. Every engagement aims at production from day one, not after sign-off.
2. AI is a tool, not a strategy.
We use AI where it pays — in the build pipeline, in client systems, in the way engagements run. We don't sell it as theatre or charge a premium for sticking it on the box.
3. Sites should be light.
Every page we ship is measured for performance and carbon. Fast, efficient builds aren't a niche service — they're the default.
4. Senior hands. Long engagements.
